Use this page to request deletion of your Kynetiq Fit account and associated app data.
What This Request Covers
When an account-deletion request is verified and processed, Kynetiq Fit will delete or de-identify personal account information and app data associated with your account, including workout plans, workout sessions, trainer/client relationship records, notes, and profile details where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legitimate operational needs. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
