Kynetiq Fit is a fitness and workout-tracking application for individuals, trainers, and trainer-client workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the Kynetiq Fit website, mobile apps, and related services.

• Workout information: exercise selections, workout templates, planned workouts, completed workout sessions, sets, reps, weight, duration, distance, rest, notes, review status, and similar workout-entry data.
• Trainer-client information: trainer/client relationships, permissions, assignments, review notes, scheduling context, and profile details needed for coaching workflows.
• Exercise-library information: custom or edited exercises, exercise metadata, instructions, equipment, muscle groups, and media references when those features are used.
• Technical information: device, browser, operating system, IP address, log data, error data, app version, and basic usage events needed to operate and secure the service.

Kynetiq Fit is designed for fitness tracking. You should not enter medical diagnoses, emergency information, government identifiers, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive information unless a Kynetiq Fit feature explicitly asks for it and explains why it is needed.

How We Use Information

• Provide, personalize, and maintain workout tracking, workout planning, and trainer-client features.
• Authenticate users, maintain sessions, enforce role-based access, and protect accounts.
• Allow trainers and clients to share workout assignments, results, notes, and reviews where a relationship or permission allows it.
• Improve app reliability, troubleshoot bugs, analyze aggregate usage, and develop new features.
• Send service-related messages such as account, security, assignment, or support communications.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our policies, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate Kynetiq Fit and support the workflows you use.

• With trainers and clients: workout plans, workout results, notes, and profile details may be visible to connected trainers or clients according to the role, relationship, and permission settings in the app.
• With service providers: we use vendors for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, email, and similar operational services. These providers process information for Kynetiq Fit under their service terms and security controls.
• For legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, rights enforcement, or to protect users, Kynetiq Fit, or others.
• Business transfers: if Kynetiq Fit is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Third-Party Services

Kynetiq Fit uses third-party services, including Firebase and Google Cloud services, for authentication, hosting, database storage, and app operations. If you sign in with a provider such as Google or Apple, that provider may process information according to its own privacy policy. Kynetiq Fit does not control those providers' independent privacy practices.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Kynetiq Fit, maintain account and workout history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workout history may remain available to connected users where the app's relationship and permission model allows it, unless deletion or access changes are requested and completed.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. You can update some account and workout information inside the app. You may also request account or data changes through the support contact listed below.

If you ask us to delete information, we may need to retain limited records where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legitimate operational needs. Deleting account or workout information may limit or disable some app features.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, including authenticated access, role-based authorization, managed cloud infrastructure, and transport security. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong account credential with your sign-in provider and keep your devices secure.

Children's Privacy

Kynetiq Fit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Kynetiq Fit, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

International Users

Kynetiq Fit may process and store information in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. By using Kynetiq Fit, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with privacy laws that may differ from those in your location.
